Our Certified Housing Educators serve low and moderate income families and individuals to own their first house. Our program provides, potential first time homebuyers, with a comprehensive education and counseling to become concious homebuyers. WCLO fills a vital role in our community, helping families and individuals to build assets & wealth.
Forclosure Prevention & Counseling
This is a program focused on assisting troubled homeowners to save their properties. WCLO's HUD Certified Counselors serve as intermediaries between mortgage lenders and homeowners by assessing individual cases. Our counselors educate and assist homeowners in preparing Workout packages to negotiate a loan modification with their lenders.
